It has been 6 months since that crazy night that changed Ventura drastically. Our local El Camino High School has an internship program at CAPSmedia. ECTV began documenting the Thomas Fire in December and have been recording many incredible stories. Our very own Jake and Jenny Dilbeck have one of these incredible stories recorded and we would like to share it with you.
This Sunday we celebrate Father's Day as we recognize and honor our dads. And, despite whether or not you had a great father growing up, one that you admired and respected, it's comforting to know that we have a Heavenly Father who is perfect.
Psalm 68:5 declare that God is the Father of the fatherless. And, in John 14:18, when Jesus promised that He would not leave His disciples fatherless, once again this was fulfilled through the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
Come join us at either our 9 am or 10:30 am service as we continue our teaching series on the Holy Spirit; and, as we pray over our dads.
I hope that you'll make plans to join us,

First off, a huge congrats to all our graduating 8th graders and especially our graduating seniors! This is a huge accomplishment!
This Sunday, June 17, is our official move up Sunday where 5th graders become middle schoolers and 8th graders become high schoolers. To celebrate this transition, we'll be having a great morning of food, games, and welcoming in our new students! I hope everyone can make Sunday to second service at 10:30a for this fun morning!
Monday, June 18, from 5-7 pm, is our Summer Kick Off event for both middle school and high school students.

An evening to support Royal Family Kids Camp!
We will gather on the 2nd floor of the Educational Building to write letters to the campers and hear a little about RFKC from our very own Paula Nofziger. We would love any contributions of stationary and stickers.
Coffee and Cookies will be served. If you have a special cookie recipe that you would like to make to bring and share, we would love it!
