This time of year we are remembering to be thankful. One very practical way to do this is to be generous with what we have been given. The Food Pantry wants to invite you to give a frozen turkey or a $40 donation to help our neighbors celebrate.

Frontier Girls Bake Sale!
Frontier Girls will be hosting a bake sale at the Artisan Craft Fair! Troop 515 will be selling baked goodies to raise funds for a project they are doing to support local veterans. Our very own Nadine Goodwin leads a troop of 20 girls, teaching them life skills, service, & respect for God & country.

This week, the teaching passage will be Luke 14:1-24 and we’ll be talking about how the Table is Set. We find in our text multiple occasions where Jesus shows us common sense faith and how to live our lives daily on mission.

This weeks passage shows a master inviting tons of people to a banquet and everyone coming up with excuses for why they can’t attend. It’s easy for us to think they were crazy, but how often are we those same people who don’t realize when God is calling us to partake in something with him? Let’s be intentional this week about recognizing God’s daily invitations and let’s respond to his call!
