This week our teaching passage is Luke 9:18-36and we’ll be talking about discipleship. What does it mean/entail to be a genuine follower of Jesus? What are the costs? What’s the commitment involved? And, does theology really matter? Or, is the most important thing just how we live our life?

Have you ever pondered what it means to lose your life for the sake of Christ? I feel like this is one of the biggest things that worship through music can do for us; when done with our whole hearts, it helps us realign our thoughts to the thoughts of God, surrender our plans to the foot of the cross and embrace God’s will for our lives above our own. Let’s not take this thing called worship lightly!
