What We Believe
“CBCVentura”
Community Bible Church is a small community church in Ventura, California. The name says it all. We are a Bible believing, Bible teaching church that firmly believes in living out our faith on a daily basis, supporting and loving one another as we walk this path together.
WE BELIEVE
that the Bible is God’s inspired, inerrant, infallible Word to man
WE BELIEVE
in one God, existing eternally in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
WE BELIEVE
that God loves us so much that He came to earth in the flesh, died on a cross, and rose again so that we might be with Him eternally.
WE BELIEVE
that Jesus was born of a virgin, conceived by the Holy Spirit, and that He is coming again to judge the living and the dead

NEW BEGINNINGS
CBC began as a small home group Bible study in November of 2000. It launched as a formal church ministry, with 501(c)3 status, in September of 2001.
CBC has been serving the community ever since.
