WELCOME to Student Ministries at CBC:

At CBC we call our youth group “The Third Story” and this isn’t just because the students (6th-12th Grade)  meet on the third story of our back building every Wednesday at 7pm. We named it The Third Story because we believe that YOUR student is a part of God’s Story. The Story began with God creating all things and man destroying God’s original plan for humanity, but it doesn’t end there. The first story concludes with Jesus redeeming man and establishing God’s next great plan for man, the church. While Jesus’ disciples were establishing the church, He included all believers in The Third Story, which is: “making disciples of all nations”

Our vision for The Third Story is that every student “makes discipleship a lifestyle for a lifetime”. We accomplish this vision through many different methods including meeting Wednesday Nights at 7pm, Sunday Mornings at 10am, through Seasonal Small Groups, and random events like nerf wars, bonfires, and movie nights. Ultimately we want students that call The Third Story their youth group to graduate as seniors knowing Jesus as their savior, being reliant on Scripture, and committed to discipling others and being discipled for the rest of their life.
