Hi Friends,
This week our teaching passage will be Luke 13:22-35, and we’ll be talking about Embracing Opportunities. Our text reveals Jesus’ response to a question that was posed to Him, “Are only a few going to be saved?” His answer, in the verses that follow, informs us that God is all about relationship and not religiosity or merely going through the motions of good works.

Have you spent time lately dwelling on what it means to know God and be known by him? When I think of what it means to worship, I believe it is first and foremost about exalting God. But I think our worship is lacking if we don’t also allow it to be about us intentionally being seen and known by God; laying down our lives, hearts and dreams at his feet. I encourage you this week to think about how we can do just that in our personal and corporate worship!
