Lois Dodds

Heartstream Resources was formed in 1992 by a group of professionals who have worked in the care of cross-cultural workers for about four decades. We are a inter-denominational Christian organization (see Statement of Faith). We are multi-disciplinary, including medicine, psychology, pastoral care, personnel, candidate selection and training, administration and leadership training. We teach at the graduate level in leadership and cross-cultural training. Each of our staff have, on the average, more than twenty years of service abroad.

We have lived and worked in more than a dozen countries. Heartstream Resources has worked with several denominations and international agencies. We are motivated by the love of Christ, to serve and care for His servants who provide vital help to people around the world.
