Cyril is a Jewish believer in Jesus, married with three children and has ministered with Jews for Jesus for about 20 years.  Cyril joined Jewish Outreach in 2019.  He organizes weekly outreaches at Venice Beach, monthly barbecues for Jewish believer men, and he ministers to Jewish people at senior adult homes.
