This Sunday is the second week of Advent (anticipating/celebrating the coming of Christ). And, we’ll be discussing the power of biblical Peace. Jesus Himself said in John 14:27, “Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. So, let not your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful!” This is the kind of peace that each of us so desperately needs in our life and in this world. And, the Good News is that it’s not just a promise of better times in the future, it’s a divine pledge for the power of God’s peace right now in the present!
