Community Bible Church, I’ve had the privilege of serving as your pastor for just over six months now. During this time, I’ve been prayerfully observing, learning, and discovering the values, commitments, and identity that make CBC such an incredible church family.

What I’ve found is that so much of who we are — and who God is calling us to be — is found right in our name: Community Bible Church.

In this new series, It’s in the Name, we’ll explore what each part of our name reveals about our identity, our mission, and our calling. We’ll look at who we’ve been as a church, who God is shaping us to become, and how His Word calls us to live it out together.

This Sunday, we’ll begin by looking at the Church at Antioch, a powerful example of how God unites people from different backgrounds for the development of believers and the expansion of His Kingdom.
